On Thursday, November 12th, we’ll meet at St. John’s at 9:00 am and then go to City Hall at 9:30 for a MOE with the City staff and the Dept of Public Works employees (you know — the people who handle our water and electricity issues and take care of our streets all year around). As always, our goal is simple — to thank them for all the work they do just keeping everything moving. You all already know how fortunate we are to live in this Kasson-Mantorville area, so it makes sense to thank some of the people who make this community such a great place to live.

If you can’t come along, you can still help by providing something — coffee or treats — to take along.

After the first MOE to the Fairview Nursing Center, we received the following comment back from a staff person:

“On behalf of all the staff at Fairview Care Center, I have to say that this was a very moving and heartfelt thank you that really meant a lot to all of us. The food was fabulous and all the kind words will never be forgotten!”
