Creation Kids Preschool

Creation Kids Preschool provides a quality, Christian-based preschool program for children in our congregation and community. Our goals are to nurture the intellectual, spiritual, emotional, social, and physical development of each child. Our mission is to help children grow in their faith and love of God. CKP opened their doors in 1999 and has since graduated over 800 children. Many of St. John’s most active youth are graduates from the program. We invite you and your child to be a part of a very special program and ministry at St. John’s Lutheran Church!

 Class Offerings

Each class will be capped at 16 students.

Note on eligibility: 3’s must be 3 by Sept. 1. Pre-K must be attending Kindergarten beginning fall 2023. ** All children must be potty trained before starting preschool. **

Orange Otters: 3-day 3’s class | Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday | 8:15 – 11:00 am
$165/month
This class is to acclimate kids to a new learning environment, learn and practice school routine, and build relationships with staff and students.

Purple Parrots: 4-Full Day Pre-K | Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday | 8:15 am – 2:45 pm
$475/month
This class will be for Pre-K students only. The curriculum will be for Pre-K students offering things such as P.E., recess, and other skills for their Kindergarten readiness. This is not necessarily intense learning all day, but will have more time throughout the day to complete things.

Little Lambs Care Program

CKP Little Lambs consists of a structured play group that will include the lunch hour with friends and a mix of small and large motor activity time, creative arts/activities, reading/story time, outdoor play (weather permitting) and a rest period depending on your child’s preschool programming for that particular day. Hours are 6:15 am – 6:00 pm.

All students enrolled must contract for 3, 4, or 5 days a week. Days can vary.

** All children must be potty trained before enrollment. **

Contracted rates

For students in 3s –

  • 3 days: $115 /week
  • 4 days: $135/week
  • 5 days: $160/week

For students in Pre-K –

  • Before Care Monday – Thursday – $22/week
  • After Care Monday – Thursday – $32/week
  • Both Before and After Care Monday – Thursday – $42/week
  • Friday Care – $35/week

Drop-in rate for non-contracted days is $38/day.
